Title:

Elastic Synergy: Bridging Innovation and Industry for High-Performance Elastomers

Abstract:

This work highlights a successful collaboration between industry and academia, where academic creativity meets the challenging demands of industry. The project focuses on synthesizing elastomers from low viscosity polymers with precise functionality and crystallinity. These elastomers need to be formed at controlled high temperatures to prevent clogging in pipes and must cure quickly. The final product should remain stable at high temperatures and function as an elastomer across a wide temperature range from -40°C to 200°C. The collaboration achieved all industrial requirements, demonstrating the effectiveness of combining academic innovation with industrial goals.
