Fuse your love for flying, God and helping people with a Missions Flight Minor. Missionary pilots work all over the world, sharing the Gospel, delivering food and medical supplies, providing aid for natural disasters and more. There are LETU alumni serving as missionary and humanitarian pilots around the globe, thanks to the rigorous pilot training, mission flying experience and strong aircraft systems curriculum our program offers.
When you graduate with a mission aviation degree, you'll have about 220 flight hours. Some of those hours will be in our multi-engine airplanes, and around 20 hours will be in our Cessna 206 single engine aircraft. With our modern fleet, you'll also be prepared to fly the high-tech turbine aircraft that are quickly replacing older airplanes on the mission field.
