Karen Jacobs is currently serving as a Professor of Management in the School of Business at LeTourneau University. Her dissertation studied the relationship between effective teaching and servant leadership. She has been teaching for 30 years. LeTourneau holds a special place in her heart because of the students. In addition to preparing students academically, she sees teaching as a ministry that helps prepare students for the mission field of corporate America and beyond. Karen and her husband Wayne have a passion for strengthening marriages through workshops, seminars and couple coaching.

Experience
