Bio

I am married and have three grown children, one handsome grandson, four beautiful granddaughters, and we had our first great-grandson in 2022. My family is everything to me, and I love them all for being part of my life.

I joined the LETU School of Nursing in 2019 after extensive clinical RN practice and more than two decades teaching nursing students at Texas A&M University College of Nursing, Lamar University, and Angelina College. 

I’ve been teaching nursing students since 2000, and I believe God had a hand in bringing me to LeTourneau University–to this specific nursing program. God opened a door for me here, where I can share His love and pray with anyone He puts in my path. At LeTourneau, we are encouraged to pray, share devotions, and attend chapel to give God all the glory and praise He deserves. I am blessed to be a part of LeTourneau’s family and a brilliant nursing program I can contribute to with Christian colleagues. My passion is teaching future nurses and sharing the love of Christ with each student encounter.
