Academic Secretary for Dual Credit Programs - Part Time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Completing textbook adoptions according to established semester deadlines
• Collecting syllabi from faculty each semester
• Assisting with documenting credentials and the faculty hiring process
• Adding dual credit facilitators to Canvas
• Issuing dual credit facilitator stipends at the end of each semester
• Assisting with the planning and preparation for our annual instructor conference
• Monitoring Starfish and following up with students identified as needing assistance
• Assisting with communication between the university and our adjunct faculty and facilitators
• Assisting with CEAS administrative tasks upon request

• Education: High school diploma required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: A successful work history with clerical tasks and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
