Mail Center



The LeTourneau University Mail Center provides mail and package pick-up and delivery and other related services to support the needs of the entire LeTourneau University community. Our primary purpose is to provide our students with timely mail and package delivery, while providing a place for them to send mail and ship packages as well. We also seek to accommodate faculty and staff shipping requirements and limited personal services as time allows.

We are committed to ensuring a friendly customer service experience in a timely manner. We strive to maintain a professional attitude focused on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. We are always looking for ways to expand and improve our services to better meet the needs of our students. Our goal is to see the big picture and have the best solution at the lowest cost for the good of the university as a whole.

For mail center questions or to submit information to the mail center (missing package, someone else picking up your mail, how to have something shipped, etc.), please send to the main mail center email: mailcenter@letu.edu. This email address can be checked by other people in the event the manager is out of the office.

Please note that mail and packages cannot be forwarded from the university due to post office regulations, so when you get ready to graduate plan ahead and begin changing your address with people you correspond with early.
