Biography:

Julia Reed is a retired Lieutenant Colonel, USAF. She graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a BA in Political Science and earned her Master's Degree in International Relations with a Concentration in Economics at St. Mary's University. She is currently an independent contractor working as a teacher, researcher, and curriculum developer.
