Kathleen Mays serves as Dean of the School of Business. In this role, she is fully committed to seeing students grow in all ways, including academically, spiritually, and emotionally. She embraces the School of Business purpose of “developing Christ-centered world changers with an entrepreneurial mindset.”

Experience
Kathleen Mays has worked with college and university students for over 20 years. A highlight of her career was teaching in Prague, Czech Republic for four years. She loved that international experience and always encourages students to seek out such opportunities. Prior to teaching, she worked in the computer software industry and draws on that experience in her teaching.
